Blade wheel series are self-designed and patented by Conquer with proprietary brand and independent intellectual property right (patent number 1: ZL201721901542.1, patent number 2: ZL202230417070.2), brand new designed integral wheel hub named Tornado (wheel hub and bearing welded integrally) , “Blade”hollow wheel body and off-road high tyre thread, air inflation free and maintenance free.

4.Advantages

Shock absorbing: 15 hollow design in Blade shape on the both sides of wheel body, which shaped 15 bridge arches with the surface of wheel on each side, with better performance for shock absorbing comparing with general solid tyre, 15% lighter than solid tyre of same size.

Skid resistance: The joint surface between inner sides of tyre body and wheel hub is particularly designed as mortise and tenon joint, plus innovative engomphosis technology and tighter clamping, which make wheel hub is not slipping with wheel body, and output rotate speed and torque not reduced.

Smooth: 14° tyre crown camber surface and 10 pairs of high tyre threads, comparing with general solid tyre (flat camber surface and 9 pairs of tyre threads), walking more stable, jumping reduced, which bring more comfortable experiences for consumers.

Better gradeability: Off-road tyre thread height is 22mm, width is 18mm. The gridding shape on the top of tyre makes better friction and stronger crawling ability, which is better for the consumers to use in different conditions and scenarios, such as farming field, climbing and laddering.

More reliable: Seamless wheel bearing is both reliable and consistent.

Unique shape: The one time shaped Tornado wheel arm and Blade shape hollow design are concerted and harmonious. The overall shape highlights modern industrial design. For reducing complexity, the connection of wheel arms are specifically integrally welded without bolts.
