3.Hollow maintenance-free tireⅡ(for short: lazy tyre) introduction

Based on Hollow maintenance-free I, the second generation is brand new upgraded and whole series developed product with independent intellectual property right (patent number 1: ZL201620429492.0; patent number 2: ZL201821941974.X). Air inflation free and maintenance free, which really realized lazy operation.

4.Advantages

Flexible: Comparing with the first generation, lazy tyre section width increased 10mm. Top of tyre threads and tyre crown made gridding shape to highlight off-road style and be suitable for different conditions and scenarios use.

Comfortable & shock absorbing: By improving the hollow arch structure of inner tyre body and increasing absorbing ring on the both sides of tyre, total weight is lighter than the other solid tyre and shock absorbing is better than them in the industry of air inflation free tyre. Moreover, the above designs can reduce shocking to the machine and gear box to bring better user experiences.

Skid resistance: Inner tyre body inserted exclusive patented antislip pillar to rivet specific plastic joist, which make tyre body and tyre arm combined more tightly, and antitorque performance at the top rank. Tyre body is not slipping with tyre arm, and output shaft is not idling.

VIP only: Color processing area at the tyre shoulder provides specific customization with high resolution for VIP customers.

Attractive apperance: New boomerang shape wheel disc increases strength and outlook.

Abrasion proof: The tensile strength of general tyre is 5MPa, and lazy tyre is 10MPa. Akron abrasion of general tyre is 1.2 – 1.5 grams, and lazy tyre is 0.7 grams (wearproof performance more than two times better). High quality creates distinguished safe tyre.
